If there is a quality issue with the product, we accept a refund or free replacement, and bear all shipping costs;
If there are no quality issues with the product, but you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will accept the return of unused products within 30 days. We will receive the returned item and issue a refund.

We are not responsible for damaged or lost items during the return process, so we recommend using insurance and traceable email services.
We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of return.
